Step 01
Open your order
Go to My Orders and open the delivered order. Record the unboxing video when prompted — it unlocks returns and exchanges.
Step 02
Pick item & reason
Tap Return or Exchange next to the item, choose a reason, add photos if something's wrong, and pick how you'd like your refund.
Step 03
Pickup & refund
We approve within a day and a courier collects from your address. Once the item passes quality check, your refund is processed.
